Or Patrick. Or McClary. Or P-Mac. I'm a middle namer so I've gone by a few different namesakes. Anyhow, I'm on a constant mission to help people and organizations thrive. All the better if I can have some fun while doing this with awesome people surrounding me! I'm constantly thirsty to learn and grow. I'm also fascinated and driven by what motivates, inspires and propels people forward. I am continuously investigating the deep-seated catalysts to people's habits and behaviors and how technology can positively contribute to these human experiences. Let's talk about technology that benefits society and what doesn't - and all the in betweens.

My diverse set of professional skill sets have been honed by over a decade of divergent career paths that have perfectly aligned to help me succeed as a tech professional. I spent 2 1/2 years as a UX designer with Deloitte Digital, working with Fortune 500s and government agencies to build large-scale, meaningful technology for the masses. I've also run my own independent freelance business since 2015.

 

I am currently working full-time at ThriveDX as the Associate UI/UX Program Director where I'm able to ply my trade while meaningfully contribute to an organization who's lifeblood is helping others thrive, and not just through a fancy mission statement, but through its work and people. I'm always open to connecting about side projects and interesting work that benefits others.
